Grape variety: 100% Pinot Nero

Pure Pinot Nero from the selection of the healthiest grapes with the best ratio of sugars to acidity, vinified in stainless steel with a very brief contact with the skins that gives it its beautiful rosé color, secondary fermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 24 months in the millennia-old underground caves of Castello di Uviglie.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Appearance: Delicate and bright rosé, with fine and persistent perlage

Nose: Exquisite aromatic complexity, dominated by hints of raspberry and wild strawberry, accompanied by lime and yeasty notes.

Taste profile: Splendid freshness and aromatic complexity, with a sapidity that is enriched by forest berries, goji berries and spicy tones typical of Pinot Nero. Rich and creamy perlage.

Serving suggestions

Food pairings: Perfect match with appetizers to creamy seafood, vegetables with pasta, roasted fish and aged cheese.

Serving temperature: 8 — 10 °C

Vinification
